Delivery Information

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed with an additional 7 business days for delivery. International shipping can take closer to 7-14 business days depending on the destination.  Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping information.

Please note that international orders (outside the United States) may be subject to customs duties upon delivery.  Ivory Football is not responsible for any of these charges.

Return Information

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Items must show no signs of wear. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

Washing Instructions

Each item comes with washing instructions on the inside tag.  Please follow these guidelines to make sure the product is not damaged in the wash.
